AGREEMENT-SALE OF FUNGIBLE GOODS-NO DIVISION
The parties intend that the title to [Quantity] of [Type of goods], located at [Address of Storage], [City of Storage], [State of Storage], shall be transferred to buyer on the execution of this sales agreement. The separation of this quantity from the total goods is not required.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
